Our Parts web shop has been renewed since April 2022. Ordering parts through our web shop is currently only possible for a select number of customers due to a test pilot. How do I activate my account?
If you have received a request to activate your account by e-mail, please follow the instructions to activate the account in our web shop.
How do I log in to my account?
Go to ‘Login’ and enter your email address and password.
I am unable to login, what could be the problem?
If you have received an email request to activate your account, follow the instructions to activate the account in the web shop. After that, you can log in to the web shop with your account.
How can I change the information in my account?
Go to ‘my account’ in the web shop and select ‘my account settings’. There you have the possibility to check your data. Only changing the delivery address or the password is possible in your account of our web shop. You must inform us of any other changes by e-mail parts@nooteboom.com.
I have forgotten my password/ or want to change it
If you have forgotten the password, go to ‘Login’ and select ‘forgot password’. Enter your email address, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
If you want to (periodically) change the password in your web shop account, please log in with your account first. Go to ‘my account’ and select ‘my account settings’, there you have the possibility to change your old password.
How do I place an order?
First, log in with your account in our web shop. Go to ‘Login’ and enter your email address and password. Then select the parts you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. When completing your order, you check the details, and you have the option to change your delivery address. You can then complete the order and we will process it.
How do I confirm my order?
After you have completed your order in our web shop, we will process your order. As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail with a request to confirm the order definitively in your web shop account. Go to ‘my account’ and open in ‘My orders’ the details of your order and click ‘complete order’. The order will then be prepared for shipment. (this is only true if costs or transportation costs are added).
Are all parts listed in the webshop?
In the web shop the most common parts are listed, not all parts. In order to be able to search specifically for a specific part, the web shop is divided into various sections, such as control, compensation, electricity, etc.

Why are there no price listed for the parts?
You always have to log in with your account first, then the prices will be visible per part in our webshop.
Are the prices inclusive of exclusive VAT?
All prices of our parts in the webshop are shown excluding VAT. If the delivery is subject to VAT, the settlement will include VAT.
A a foreign company, can I also receive an invoice without VAT?
Yes, we can supply parts with reverse charge of the VAT. We can only do this if the required information, such as your VAT number, is known and verified.
Are parts available from stock?
It is mentioned in the web shop whether it is in stock. If it says, 'on request', it is possible to order the part, but the delivery time may differ. All parts are dispatched from our central warehouse in Wijchen.
What is the delivery time of a part with the status 'on request'?
The delivery time may differ per part. When you order a part in our webshop, we will notify you of the expected delivery time. You can of course also contact us in advance for information about the delivery time of the parts.
Can I change the delivery address after I've ordered and paid?
If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can still change it. When your order has been shipped, we will have to wait for your order to return. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Can I still change my order after it has been placed?
After you have placed your order in our web shop, it will be processed as soon as possible. Only after final confirmation of your order it will be prepared for shipment and changes will no longer be possible.
Can I still cancel my order after placement and payment?
Orders that have been paid cannot be cancelled.
Can I also pass on my order by telephone or e-mail?

Do I receive an order confirmation for my order?
After completing your order in the shopping cart, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Where can I find my order invoice?
The invoice of your order will follow automatically after delivery. If the email address for the digital invoice is known to us, it will be sent by email, otherwise the invoice will be sent by post.
I would like to order now but pay later. Is that possible?
Depending on the agreement with your company about payment conditions, it is possible to order on account. If this option does not apply to you, you must pay the total amount via the online payment system in our web shop when you confirm your order.

The price is higher than expected at checkout
All prices of the parts are displayed in the webshop without VAT. When completing the order, if necessary, VAT will be added. Depending on the contents and size of your order, we also calculate shipping and/or handling costs. These costs will be added to your quote after you have placed the order in our webshop.
What is the warranty on parts?
Our standard parts guarantee is 1 year.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs differ per shipment. The shipping costs are determined by the weight of your orders and the delivery destination. The actual shipping costs will be calculated by us in your quote after you have placed an order. You will then receive a request by e-mail to definitively confirm the order before it is prepared for shipment.
What are the delivery times?
For parts in stock, we aim for delivery within 24 hours within the Netherlands. For abroad, a delivery time within 2-3 working days applies. If desired, we can also deliver abroad within 24 hours, please contact us via part@nooteboom.com.
Can I also pick up my order?
With a normal parts order, it is possible to collect parts. Contact us to make an appointment when you want to pick up the order. Parts can be picked up at our central warehouse in Wijchen. The address is Jan van der Heijdenstraat 5, 6603 BA Wijchen. The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders via the web shop are shipped.
Can I see where my order is at the moment?
We have track & trace on all our shipments so that you can track the shipments. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace by email.
I have provided the wrong delivery address
Always check your delivery address before completing an order. If you find out that you have provided the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can still change the delivery address.
To which countries do you ship?
We deliver worldwide in principle, only a few countries are excluded from shipment.
How can I return parts?
A request to return parts should always be made known in advance, send an e-mail to parts@nooteboom.com. We will deal with your request as soon as possible and inform you how to return the shipment.
Conditions for exchange/returns
How soon will I receive a refund for return parts?
Once we have received the returned parts at our warehouse, the refund will be processed for you the next business day. In most cases, you will receive the amount on your account the same day, provided you have paid the order through our online payment system. If you paid via credit card you will receive the refund within 14 days
Do I have to pay postage if I want to return parts?
The shipping costs for returning parts are at your expense, unless you have received the wrong part, then the shipping costs are at our expense.
I have ordered the wrong part, can I return it?
If you have ordered the wrong part, you can return it to us. The costs of the return are at your expense. To avoid ordering the wrong part, we advise you to contact us. Mention the chassis number of the vehicle or the type of vehicle so that we can check which part is the right one for your vehicle.
My order/ part arrived damaged, or incomplete
We are sorry that you have received a faulty, damaged or incomplete order. Contact us and we will be happy to look for a suitable solution with you.
